Sourced from farms in southern Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul), the leather undergoes an innovative tanning process, free of chromium, heavy metals or dangerous acids. By simplifying the tanning procedure, the use of chemicals is limited and energy consumption is reduced by 40% for water and 80% for salt. After tanning, the water is recyclable.
